Group Exercise
Fit for Life offers one of the best group exercise
programs in the industry. As you know, group exercise is one of
the best things you can do for your well-being. In addition to preventing
disease, exercise strengthens our hearts, keeps our bodies in shape,
and improves the quality
of our lives. You'll have more stamina, a brighter outlook, and
a sense of commitment and control over life that will enable you
to handle life's daily challenges.
The purpose of our program is fitness education,
including a combination of good nutrition and regular exercise,
which will provide you with a personal fitness plan designed to
help you achieve your fitness goals.
The Fit for Life Aerobic Room
Our 1600 square foot aerobic room opened in January
2000 in conjunction with our fourth expansion phase.
The "Exer-Flex" floor is one of the top
rated and most popular floors in the industry. It's shock absorbing
properties help prevent injuries and lessen the stress on the joints
from impact. The room is also equipped with it's own climate control
system with several ceiling fans for air circulation. Our sound
system is specifically designed for aerobic instruction to ensure
that our instructors can be clearly heard while maintaining music
quality. We hope you enjoy the environment.

Fitness Department Director
All classes are taught from a multilevel approach.
Participants are encouraged to work at their own comfort level and
