Kickboxing Cancelled

Due to unforeseen circumstances, we find it necessary to cancel our Kickboxing class on Fridays, until we can find a replacement instructor.  If you have any questions, please contact us at info@placervillefitness.com.

Bike Groups

Go to our Cycle Groups & Events page to learn about local people getting together to go on bike rides in our local area.  Some rides are more advanced, and others are more casual.  Ask the event sponsor, what type of ride it is before attending.

Want to become a group class instructor?

Fit for Life has a new Instructor Mentor Program.  If you are interested in becoming a group class instructor for Fit for Life, please send an email to gx-director@placervillefitness.com.  At the successful completion of this program, you will be a certified instructor and teach at Fit for Life.
